What does everyone think of a tattoo on the back of a neck that is the word "serenity" done in a very nice old cursive sort of font?

I think that a tattoo is a great expression of who you are. I personally have always wanted one on the back of my neck but I am a little chicken.

see that is my biggest fear...is what if in 40 years i dont want that on the back of my neck. i mean right now i think that its something that i want bc of what i have been going through its an outlet. i think its pretty and easily hidden by my hair but even so...damn i almost wish someone could just tell me do it lol

I completly agree dont go to overbard with the font size keep it small and petite.

Ideas and inspirations have defiantly morphed over the years but the significance remains the same. I would be hesitant about the placement unless that particular area has meaning. |

 Sounds Painful To Me.. but that is just me... Do whatever you want but make sure that it is what you want. Your the one who will have to live with it the rest of your life.

I myself have one jsut below my collar line that work out very well as i can hid it for work with nice shirts and in the summer it can been seen with tanktops and such. And yes it was very painfull.
