Yep, I slept through the night with a bowl of ice in front of the fan all night. I also took a hot water bottle to bed but it was filled with cold water which had been in the fridge all day. That helped somewhat. My bedroom is upstairs and because heat rises, it’s always gonna be hot. That compounded by the fact the sun shines right in my bedroom from mid afternoon till sundown doesn’t help.

sounds like you've got it covered.... but think I'd be sleeping downstairs on the couch till the heat broke
