Oh, believe me Daniel, I know I was wrong, its my job to take complaints in a civil, professional manner!!! i get cussed out several times a week and have to let it roll of my back, thts why I was so upset with my self for losing my cool, but I guess everyone has a line they draw ( at least i do) where my morals supercede everything else, and I felt i had to speak up for MY OWN beliefs and convictions!!!
