LOVING KINDNESS IS EMPATHY TOWARDS OTHERS, be it a person, society or a planet. LOVING KINDNESS is sacrificing small things to make our lover happy. Loving kindness is the definition of purity, charity and goodness. Note :: Al the above words are from my bookish knowledge. And I have implemented none among them. But they seem logically and emotionally balanced tasks.

Is' very simple to understand, I think )) Example: a shop assistant is kind towards you because it's a part of her (his) job. Loving kindness means that you feel love to someone (or everybody, or the whole World etc...) and act kind because of your love. It's much more deeper than just to be kind..
