But I don't know any of them. They don't seem to want to help me. What should I ask them?

No, you're not crazy. Always remember there are people who haven't experienced anything like this, and they just naturally think medication is the answer, when it isn't, at all. There are various ways to deal with spirits. My philsophy has always been, as long as they aren't harmful, there's no problem. If you ever encounter bad ones, though, then it's time to get specialists in (and not for medication either!), who can clear out the bad spirits.

See if you can get them to tell you what they want. Sometimes spirits are trying to convey a message. Other times, they just seem to want to hang out with a person simply because they like them.

Chris- I think the solutions you seek lie somewhere in a balance between my reality based perspective and RomanticSoul's paranormal views. While I question her being automatically so suspicious of a POTENTIAL rational answer, your might be more comfortable with something other than the word "hallucination".
Try looking into metaphysics and see what you find. Just really really try to find a balance and don't knock anything until you've researched it! |

So that's it just ask? Sounds simple. What if it's a bad one like the one I called the Blood Man, who just want to hurt or scare someone?

Hold up on the Crazy will ya. There is such a thing as "displaced spirits". For some reason or other they didn't go the way the should have when they died. They may be contacting you as a sensitive to help them finish in their passing. Redmange would probably be a good one to talk to, I think he's dealt with this a bit.

Who's that?

Blast him with white light and see how it goes. Remember your on your turf, you have control.

I'll go hunt his profile down for you.

Not crazy at all. I strongly suggest the King James Version of the bible. Now when you see somebody that appears to be talking to themselves on the street - dont laugh cause perhaps they see/hear somebody. God has the answer of why you.

There's stuff like this in the Bible?

Chris; the first thing to do is not panic. If you do not get answers from the spirits you see, then by all means contact people who do paranormal investigations. Also you may want to try to burn white sage and smduge your home. Smudging is burning the sage making it smoke and going through your home with the smoke and ask the spirits to leave, and if you know the 23rd Psalm it may help to recite it in each room. The spirits may go away for a time, but may come back, this will give you time to talk to paranormal investigators and if you choose your religeous leader. He may do a blessing on your home also.
I know that this can be very scary, and like it was told to you, maybe they come to you because they know you can see them and they have not crossed over and need help. So seek someone who can help you in helping them. But becareful in your choice of the paranormal people, some are just fake. I know that this may sound a bit weird, but there is a tv show on Wed. nights called Ghost Hunters; it is on the Sci Fi channel, These people go and do investigations to disprove paranormal activity, but if there is activity to be found they can get help for you. You may want to check them out on Sci Fi/Ghost Hunters. The name of the group is called Tapps. Maybe they have other Tapps members in your area. It is worth a look see. I wish you luck. Please let me know how it is going for you in that realm. |

It's not just in my home or the same spirits. Hospitals are the worst. I try to avoid hospitals as much as i can. TAPS? They're in Warwick. Not too far from my town.

Yo, if you do the sage thing make sure you have an open window for the exit.

Chris-- why don't you just drive to Salem?
Be very aware and cautious with the advice you're getting. I never said you were crazy and lots of others seemed to really attack when I used the word hallucination. I know the town you live in, I was raised there. It's liberal but not that much. Be watchful you're being open minded to learning the truth and not want you want the truth to be. |

If this stuff happened to you for your whole life would you quickly jump to- hey i'm crazy! ?

Queen123 may be able to help you, Chris. I've worked in hospital's since I was 16 and I know what you're referring to with them being the worst with your sensitivity.

And there was no agression in that. I appreciate you trying to help. Thanks

I'm not jumping to "Hey, you're crazy". You seem to be going there and feel as though that would be the worst thing in the world. Not all hallucinations mean you are mentally ill. Some do. My point is that the support you're seeking will NOT be found in this forum or on this site. Try Salem. Try the Grateful Heart for literature, if that's still around.
