Those kind of photos are repetitive and make a statement that you are all about the physical, and if that is what you seek then you need to state you are looking for a physical relationship and looks are number one. Maybe that is not your intention but that is what shirtless bathroom selfies indicate most of the time. Yes I see you are a personal trainer and are in good shape. That does not need to be emphasized if you are looking for a serious long term relationship. Women want to know what is in your mind, your moral compass, likes/dislikes, ambitions unless as I say it is all about a physical friendship only. Add a headshot instead with you smiling and as mentioned, scrap the bathroom selfie.
