I can't live somewhere where noone has a sense of humor and the only way to succeed is not by how hard you work but by who you know. Can't live in a state that prides their socialist values and everyone has opinions but noone acts on them. Too darn many people there. Many good people. But I will never live someplace I don't feel safe.

I like being online....I've met many people, not as dates but as friends & talk partners....dating is harder to come by with distance usually a factor....

I work to much. Been single parent to lohg. Kid just now 16 and getting around on his own. Don't like the people I have met in bars. Seems like on these site the only women who Email you back live to far away. No one close wants to talk to you. If they do it is usually only one Email.
I'm just having a hard time getting back into it. It's like they say "Yea Yea, let's go out. Let's go out." Then when it comes down to making the date and following through with it they aways have an excuse not to show up. It's getting old.
