Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Rose Brut 1996 With its amber-rose colour, fine bubbles and a rich bouquet of fruity redcurrant and morello cherry, this Champagne is first lively to the taste and then the finale is powerful and sensual. It is fantastic with robust or refined sweet dishes and perfect for a romantic evening for two. Louis Roederer, Cristal Originally created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II, this is Champagne for all celebrations. With its yellow-green colour with a fleeting glint of gold, a wonderful bouquet of berries and a note of almonds and creamy bubbles. Ideal served with caviar, fish and shellfish such as lobster or spiny lobster. Dom Perignon Champagne 1996 Named after a famous monk, this is an intensely flavoured Champagne, displaying tropical fruit, berry and citrus aromas and flavours enmeshed in finely woven texture, ending with an aftertaste of dried fruit. Ideal for an intimate canapé reception. Krug Grand Cuvée NV The colour is a combination of pale straw with hints of gold. Intriguing aromas and flavours of baked apples, pear, under ripe apricot, lemon and lime peel.
