how do you get started here on the forums, what do some of the abbreviations mean, and why is it that i can relate to others but no one seems to either understand me or relate to me.

Welcome to Mingle2 and the forums, Stewart Sharpe i know the rules but I'm not good at conversing with people when i don't understand the abbreviations. We do not use abbreviations in the forums. You are probably talking about texting abbreviations. Those are hardly used in the forums. Mostly used by new members. Anyway if there is anything you don't understand in a post, just ask. .. such as you asked what a P I T A person meant. Eric answered your question on the thread. The regular forum posters are ready and willing to help, just ask.
