Im in el paso texas. IM 2 lonely for female friends and a nice guy to date...I dont know anyone..LONLINESS is getting depressing...plz tell me why men are intimidated by me? THEY will not talk to me wherever i go,no matter where it is.. I talk to them and sometimes very friendly but no one wants to go out....what am i doing wrong? I will change whatever i need, cuz loneliness will be the death of me...

Lonliness is definitely a killer during the holidays. This is my first Christmas alone in a while, so I'm feeling it too. But we can all be here for each other! I'll comiserate with you if you'd like

Hun I dont know. Thats what i look for. I would easily choose friendly and stability over rude and trashy anyday of the week. My new saying is stop looking because I usually find what I was looking for when Im not looking

I'm with you ColdRain, but sometimes they are too good to let go. It's then that I at least try to become friends.

I think if u like someone, just approach. I think it is good thing if woman know what she wants and if she is stable

I agree that Lonliness is something that drives you mad, no one should be alone but the sad thing is many many people are, Now as far as you not being able to date ! cannot answer that without knowing you ! In fact no one can, Being a man my guess it could be the way you come across to them, or dress or one 100 other things.

Have no idea how big or small you are by your pic so can't even help you with looks, why not try looking at other pics of ladies of about your age and size, If you think they look good to you try and be like them.

Hey Jolie - welcome to JSH. It's nice here, and there are usually interesting topics being discussed. This is my 4th holiday alone, but I have grown to like it. Not just used to it - I actually like it now. A few years ago I woulnd't have believed that I would. I have made a few really great friends, and we get together for dinner every Sunday, and that has been so good for all of us. If you can - start investing time into a few good friendships - it is amazing how that can change your outlook on life.
