Much disappointment I had when I found out the ocean beaches will remained closed for the rest of the month.

Limits for the inland beaches, but not yet for the ocean beaches.

Beaches open but must be groups less than 5, social distancing must be observed and no driving/ parking on the beach yet

It is still a possibility, just may be a while before travel on ships is safe
