Alright, I will make this story short, as to have you (finish it) enjoy it. I was walking down the well travelled path of the "rail trail" and decided to veer off to a path less beaten. I walked for a while, fresh snow covered everything. It shimmered and danced in the unforcasted sunlight and I ingested chemicals that help me smile. Camera in hand, I continued. I heard something behind me as I walked and hid my empty alcohol bottles (tried to at least, not enough pockets), only to see what? a man in a horse drawn sled coming through the snow. He asked "want a lift?" Me, being me said "Of course I do!" We proceeded to ride through the country side and talk about this and that, He was a cool guy. I have no friends and so this was neat for me. I realize some of you have horses and friends, but for me it was new. I talked to him about my desire to move to Vermont (which he lived in for a while) and photography and my usual ********. His horse was named "coal", He bought him for $450.00 as he was about to be slaughtered. I changed my mind on steak dinner at that point. When the path bisected he asked if I wanted to go farther to the farm where I probably would have met his wife and so forth. I decided to not impose and got off. I will find him again and thank him again soon. it was a very nice day, and I needed one too. Anyway, take a chance, talk to someone new, fingers crossed, have fun.

Sorry, I know short is subjective. Next time I'll use a crayon for you.

I'm thinking...

Maybe, cut back a wee bit on the energy drinks?
