To me, prayer, yoga, and meditation are all kind of the same thing. Have some silent time to yourself (don't be a Pharisee!) and reflect on your goals and purpose in life. It's one and the same. I'm not religious but totally happy to pray with Christians, Muslims, etc. because after doing yoga, I realized how therapeutic that mindset is.

To me, prayer, yoga, and meditation are all kind of the same thing. Have some silent time to yourself (don't be a Pharisee!) and reflect on your goals and purpose in life. It's one and the same. I have prayed with many different religions an meditated... did yoga ...been with my quit self have done self help ... I am not trying to impose anything on anyone ... just a different way of looking at life... a bit ...

that I thought was a cool way to look at prayer ... you may go on with your self ... what ever anyone may be comfortable with ... I am good ...

was not directed at you, just saying that praying loudly in public and making a spectacle isn't the same. sorry for not clarifying
