Is age and distance a problem for a relationship? what's so special about these two aspects of a relationship?...there are many aspects of a relationship and i am not aware of some universal agreed upon standard that is used to say this is a problem or this isn't regardless of the two people involved... heck, whether a spouse puts the toothpaste cap back on has been stated as the basis for a divorce...snoring has been the basis for breakups...for some folks, living across town is unacceptable...look at some studies which list the top 20 reasons for divorces and see where age and distance fall on that list... I have yet to meet two persons with an identical prioritized and ranked list of what is important to them when considering a relationship if those two things are that important/significant to you, so be it...on my list, they are of very little importance to me... |

I never think of distance as a problem. Planes, trains, and automobiles go just about everywhere.
The age may be a factor, but it depends on personal preference. I’ve dated men 10 years younger as long as they were intelligent, interesting and not immature. One relationship with a man 10 years younger than me lasted 5 years. We are still friends. If the attraction and chemistry work, you’re both on the same page with how you see the future, you are totally in love and committed, then everything should work out fine. |

age is not the problem... me and partner is 18 years different but we share common interest which is both of us love to go to the gym. I also give her some cash every week. We are so happy with our relationship and we have been 3 years together

Hey bro, how do you get to know about your partner? What are the give and return between you and your partners? Material benefits?

Is age and distance a problem for a relationship? Age doesn't matter at all, it's what's in the heart that matters. I believe other things more important in our lives and our relationships than simply being in love. |
