i never knew people ate tuna casserole on purpose. especially after grade school.

I don't make it the traditional way. I use Copper cheese instead of cream of mushroom soup. It's just cheese, peas, egg noodles and tuna.

i've never even heard of cooper cheese, let alone had any...but i want to try some now! still...heated canned tuna just sounds frightening to me, and seems a terrible waste of what sounds like perfectly good cheese.
