Here is a giggle for you. I stood on cold concrete guarding a haligen desk lamp for 4 hours this afternoon, waiting for the auctioneer to get to it. When he finally did, one guy decided it was his mission to get it from me. When I won the bid.... I got a standing ovation from everyone else in the building. Talk about embaressing.

Truelly funny part is I have watched things sell for thousands of dollars there and no one has ever gotten applauded. I guess they figure they better take care of the person that feeds them. I might refuse to cook the most requested dishes again.

Well, next Sunday I had about 15 people ask me to cook my pepper steak again. I only made it the one time but it was a smashing hit.

I would love to give you some, but I don't think it would be so easy to ship. Of course I could vacume (spell check) seal some and ship it, then all you would have to do would be put it in the nuker or boiling water, and serve it over wild rice.

It is always hard when you lose a friend, even harder over stupid sh#$. Sometimes all it takes is a step back and a little time away, usually truely good friends will find each other again.

I am really sorry to hear. I know that respect is very important to you. If a friend can't give you the respect that you give them, then they were not true friends to begin with.
