I tried this recipe and it was awesome!!
2 8oz fresh salmon filets
2tblsp butter
1 onion
brown sugar
your favorite beer (non alcoholic works too)

make a pouch with tinfoil
lay the salmon in skinside down
slice the onion into rings and lay over fish
place butter on top
sprinkle with brown sugar
pour half of a 12oz beer into pouch
seal pouch up and bake @350 for about 15 minutes or until fish is flaky


very good, enjoy!!

I've always believed fish is better simple. But Salmon like that is totally BADASS!!
