Im at work too, its also cold as hell here, had an ice storm Moday that shut the city down!

I work for the urologist's here, i do what is called lithotripsy, or kidney stone blasting, it's a mobil thing.

i am a labor and delivery nurse work three 12 hour shifts pretty long days sometimes, but love the 4 days a week off |
