Anyways, yeah. This topic is incredibly repetitive, but I guess I'll just repeat the answer in various ways. Here's one:

Most nice guys aren't actually genuinely nice. The nicest things they do for women are not the same things they would do for just anyone: family members, friends, etc. Therefore, their acts of kindness actually restrict them from expressing who they truly are. They aren't "being themselves." This kills off any potential chemistry between two people because he is being fake.
