the court will force their mom or dad to appear. it is the only time the kids ever get to see them in person!!

It's not that far....I called the courthouse and he has a hearing set for the 20th for Grand theft
Never did give a **** about anyone but himself....

You know what really pisses me off? Our system.....how many dead beat Dad's do you think we have sitting in prison? Why don't they force them to work and pay their child support.....wtf! They get a bed a toilet 3 meals and no responsibility! Sounds like a vacation to me.....

Well I have sole custody so I doubt that the court would ever summon Chris....and if my girls ever got in trouble w/ the law I gaurantee they would rather deal w/ the police than me...

well you were talking about it being a con on his part to see the kids - or maybe just to get sympathy - so i was just saying that i've heard some screwed up stuff that kids get involved with in the courts.
i wouldn't want my kids to see their mom in jail - if i were in that situation. good luck with it all. i hope everything turns out OK for YOU.
