he and everyone else involved should get 10 years for each dog that was abused and/or died bc of the things they did.

I think he didn't get enough. With all the saddness going on in this world, I'm so sick of famous people and their mistakes always in the headlines... the Paris', Lindseys' give me a break. You break the law -- be man or woman enough to do your time. Anyone who hurts and mistreats innocent animals and children deserves more severe punishments. I have no tolerance for people like this. It's a shame.

everyone that eats meat should get 5 days

for every piece of meat they ever ate

if you use the logic of this thread

i've been vegan for over 6 years.. i'm against animal cruelty 150%. what vick and the others did is a disgrace and they all should of been given much harsher sentences. but hey if it was up to me, again, he'd be crying his eyes out. i think making people realize what they did is illegal and morally wrong is sometimes better then just throwing them in jail for X amount of time.. if they're just thrown in jail well that doesn't really teach them sh!t- it's like grounded a child and making them stay in their room for 3 hours for breaking a plate.. i don't see the point unless the person(s) knowingly accept that they know what they did was horrible and they feel bad about it.

Yeah, I'm no vegan and I'm far from a PETA supporter (policy disagreements), but people who run these dog fighting groups get very little sympathy from me for harsh sentances. Animal cruelty, whether it be horse racing or dog fighting, has no place in my heart and even though I believe in forgiveness, it's very hard to forgive what Mike Vick was involved with, and that's coming from a life long VA Tech fan. People who abuse dogs in this fashion should be put under the jail to rot. Just my humble, but animal cruelty is just as bad as human cruelty;^]

his sentence was fair....it was based off a sentencing guideline as is everyone else in this country.....if you don't like it, take it up with the supreme court
