(Mingle2 does not support Windows-based phones).

When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file
size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image however
is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length
must not exceed 10000000.

Pictures should be in .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format.

The picture has to be on your computer/device, not on a website.

I have successfully uploaded my picture..... 3 times and the site keeps taking it down. I'm confused as to why, seeing as how it shows my face, has no vulgarities, nothing suggestive or inappropriate. Have I done something wrong? I just opened my account today and I am already wanting to close it because of this pic issue! :(

Please check the post above yours. Maybe your pics are the wrong file format! Or they are too big in size?

This is a copy of the photo guidelines for the site:

No suggestive photos, nudity, or obscene gestures
No disturbing images or images of illegal activities
No copyrighted material
You should be in all photos
Photos should be in .gif, .jpg, .png, or .bmp format
Make sure the filesize of the photo is not too large or it will not upload properly

Also, pics with special effects, your face obscured, personal information on pics and blurred pics will be taken down.
