how do I load one.

I loaded a pic when I signed up yesterday but then got an email from mingle saying they removed it and that I should post a face pic instead, but when I tap load 5 images it gives me a drag and drop screen with no images. I'm lost on how to do this. Anyone have the patience to help out a newbie?
