i love it.....it's so much better than my old place....i had roommates before and i never really got a say in how things happened, and i was the only one that did any cleaning,and on top if it all, the landlord was more of a slum lord, he never fixed anything that was wrong with the place, but he was REAL good on stoping by if the rent wasn't in his mailbox on the first...he just wanted the money with no resposibilities.....this place has a 24/7 maintainence number in case something goes wrong or breaks, two on site managers on two different shifts so you can always get ahold of them if you need to, private garages.......i love it...

WOW sounds like the dream place to me

$645 a month and that includes heat, water, sewer, trash, and extended cable.....the only thing i pay is electricity...
