Hi,how does this work?i cant reply to their messages

Once you click on their message to open and read, there should be a message bar at the base of your screen to reply to them.

Looks like a white rectangle with "send" next to it. Click on white box to enter message you want to send.

did you get a verification code ?
should be with the email that you signed up with
can sometimes be in a spam folder

i think that makes you not be able to return messages
