read 4 on green dots mean online so guessen a blue one means that they are off line but that is just a guess some one will be by that knows more then i do and tell ya if i got it right or not soon |

Me me I know the answer!!!!
Looks like it may have to do with the new profile ranking system for the app. Lol i just had to download the app. And see if i could figure it out. Ok figured it. You can double check by looking at your profile. There is a strength rateing The check mark is 17% complete. The star is 76% complete.
