Ok for teenagers but for adults not so much. If I remember correctly, these kind of pictures are allowed but not as the main profile pic.

As hard as it is to believe..I have seen a LOT of over 50 year old guys with their tongue stucking out, or duck/ pout lips on various dating sites..... Don't know why they think women would find that attractive.. And, heck..in a guy 65..it's not even funny...just lame.
