How do I ‘trash’ those profiles that I’m not interested in?

In the search area there is an X at top right of each picture on my Windows 7 desktop PC. If you click on it, that profile will never again appear in your search results.

You can also block someone from ever sending you a message but I don't think you can stop them from sending you a 'nudge'.

Would be nice to have an 'ignore' button which means the person you ignore can never interact with you, or see your profile, in any way - just as if you had completely removed your profile from the site.
