after a lengthy investigation by the new york district attorney's office,the 'charitable' trump foundation was forced to shut down by the courts after 'a pattern of shocking illegality' was discovered,including unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign.

trump's 'charitable' foudation was nothing more than a tax shelter,and piggy bank for the trump family to illegally siphon money out of for their own personal uses,including illegally funding part of donald trump's personal campaign expenses,legal expenses,and court judgements against donald trump and his private businesses,and lavish purchases such as a football helmet autographed by tim tebow,and a 6 foot tall portrait of himself that currenetly hangs in one of his golf resorts,all the way down to the $7 dollars that was paid to the boy scouts of america for don jr's membership fee when he was 11 years old,and claimed by the charity as a charitable donation.

the now 'out-of-business' charitable organization's assets will be accounted for,and overseen by the state of new york ,to be distribted by them to reputable charitable organizations,and the state of new york's attorney general is filing a suit against donald trump,and his three eldest children,asking for almost 3 million dollars in restitution.

the trumps wil also be banned from being on the board of any other charitable orgaqnizations.
