Thank you, yes it does, I've got a recipe in the manual for pizza dough. I used the dough recipe for the first loaf and baked it in the oven, it turned out better than the last loaf. Hopefully with a few adjustments, this loaf will bake in the bread maker like it should.

I never baked in mine I didn't like the hole in the middle of the loaf It was really good for making small batches of jam also

Oooo... great idea! And no I don't normally bake in it, I'm testing it to see how it does. This loaf actually looks too wet so I'm not sure it will turn out okay. I prefer to make it by hand, the whole thing... but he has a bread maker so I'm trying to make use of it, lol.

Agree by hand is best But they are fun to play with

Yes they are, and it does free up a little time. But by hand I can tell if the dough is right and adjust it accordingly. I'm not used to what it's supposed to look like in the bread maker. Once I've tried different recipes I will get used to it though.
