Well Sum, I have been HERE for a year, made some GREAT LIFE TIME FRIENDS, and SOME have made me open my eyes to NOT REALLY BEING MY FRIEND.
And YES, I have TRIED romance with a few and WE just did'nt workout.... But still FRIENDS. and THIS PLACE HERE,,,is FILLED with want-to-be's, and fakes, and user's..... But THROUGH the mist of B`u`l`l`s`h`i`t` lies SOME VERY NICE AND COOL AND LOVING PEOPLE!!!  Finding the ONE who will love only me and love me as I would HER,,,,it will take time.....

And I understand..its tough finding the right person, no matter where you go. I'm just here a LOT because I happen to be a computer systems/network engineer. And while I'm running systems tests, or formatting a hard drive, etc, I'm stuck here anyway, so enjoy the conversation here. I have met some nice people, like yourself and Lex and Coco and others. Only met a couple that I did not get along with. So its no big deal for me. not basing my life around this..just kinda stuck around here so making the best of it.  I do hope all the good people, like yourself, find what you are looking for, either here or anywhere. I like to see good people get the good things.

 I come-off really deep here, but my TIME spent learning and watching the NET. And all the souls who have come through here to play with HEARTS, has upset me alot.. Many friends here have been played and now KNOW. But PEOPLE have a GREAT MIND to just come here and play people like they were a damm game or something. And alot of the ones here, are TRULLY seeking to find THEIR other half....  And I have come to dislike the ones who try and tell me "I HAVE A REAL LIFE" Not just on a computer....lol THEY have NO IDEA, the REAL PEOPLE who live on this site. For MANY REASONS,,,health issues, weight issues, They don't drive, they LIVE where there is NO SINGLE's. SO HERE,,,,this PLACE,,is ALL THEY HAVE for a REAL LIFE!!! REAL PEOPLE are behind SOME of these SCREEN NAMES...FACT! I have met half of them....

OK, who's REALLY LOOKING for A LIFE PARTNER??? Marriage, life with ONE person,,,forever... Players seem to be the MOST PRESENT!! But THEN AGAIN, who will be TRUTHFUL on this?? Terry, I'll be honest with you! I really don't think I would ever get married again. I won't say "I would never," because who knows what will happen in the future, but I just don't see it. I was married once, and it was SO horrible, I think I'm allergic to the word now. But I do like the idea of the "life partner" scenario. Unfortunately, I have only met one person who is capable of that -- and she is in a really complicated mess at the moment. She's working on resolving that, and maybe.... After a year on this site, though, I think I can safely say there is no one datable here -- either that, or they're well hidden. Lex, can you kinda clearify that last part of "there is no one datable here". You meaning for you right??? Otherwise am I wastin my time??? I would have to figure you were meaning for you, because I know the situation you are in with the woman you really care about. but just wanted to be sure. And I better clearify for anyone who read my first post in this thread..I'm looking for a woman as a life partner. Not ruling out marriage, learned to never say never. But "life partner" in a woman I can say I am looking for. Sum, Yeah, sorry about that -- I wasn't very clear at all there -- Some of my favorite people have found matches here, and I don't think that should be ignored or minimized -- My point (I think -- ??) was that I haven't found anyone datable -- it's less about the site than it is about my own peculiar requirements -- so, by all means, don't go by my experience -- there are lots of great people on this site, but I'm just not "mainstream" enough to fit in with them.... |

ok I don't do love ... thought I was in love... spend 13 yrs with him, had two wonderful kids.... and was left cause he wasn't in love with me anymore... so no not looking for love, not wanting to get married, don't want my soulmate(like I have one) and not looking for just sex.....
