Jess is absolutely correct. You said God can't blame us for choosing the wrong religion. You said Christians are great people.

You are limiting your mind, your scope already. You have accepted God or you wouldn't be worried about his 'blame'. And while you speak of the Christians you know, you never equate that goodness outside the Christian faith.

There is no need to be "religious" to allie yourself with any 'particular' group of poeple, nor even any 'particular' assessment of what God is.

Faith is personal, it can not be taught - or there would be only one faith. You must seek it with an open heart and mind. Analize every thought such,

Do I believe this because I was 'taught' to? Am I afraid of offending those I care about, by denying what they believe?

And one last thing - do not make choices that you are not willing to change. As long as you live you can learn and change and grow, never sit in a box so long that the walls become stone, or you can not learn and grow. Flexibility!
