On WAND news A man today said , the three most coldest States from October til April are, Alaska, Michigan, snd Minnesota. Bone chilling States. He said there was once a Squirrel Frozen in a field in Minnesot's winter and they can get up to 170 inches of Snow in one winter.

Poor little squirrel. Didn't know he was suppose to store his nuts for the winter. Not freeze 'em off.

Minnesota here is a challenge from - 20°F with winds close to 50 below . the snow near Duluth can have 100 inches or more of snow.
