Hi, I've seen a few of these posts, and been reluctant to ask people to rate mine before now, not sure why really.
Okay so I'm going to preempt and guess, based on comments I've seen on similar posts, plus some that I just already think
I need a photo of me smiling. I don't really have any photos of me and I'm not really 1 for selfies, but yes, I agree.
A few more photos full stop, 1 just isn't enough, me thinks .
Plus, and yes I'll say it, just in case you think it's impolite to, a photo without a hat on, just to prove I'm not completely bald
Is the stuff about scammers please leave me alone off putting?

Write more about yourself and the type of lady you seek. Someone between the ages of 36 and 46 is a bit vague. As you say, more photos and that bit about the scammers is pointless. Do you think they actually read your profile?

R2D2, I know for myself it would be nice to have a picture that is not quite so dark. Yes, like Cranky said tell us ladies more about you as a person. Be descriptive, show your personality in your profile. I have read some of your posts and think adding your personality to it would be a great advantage for you. JS

Add some interests and a couple more pictures. If you can't find anyone to take one or two of you see if your camera has a timer setting. I've found that helps.

Get rid of everything starting with and after "Would all you people", it's a total turn off and would be the focus point of your whole profile for those who read it. Keep everything positive. If you think about when you read the paper, you will remember the bad stuff ten times more than anything good you read... profiles work the same way.

No need to let them know you're using the free version, most everyone else does too. Just write more about yourself and what kind of woman you're looking to date.
