Bummer! They turned out okay. Totally by scratch, it's been a while since I've baked by scratch. Once they cool they'll probably be a little more flavorful. I went with Vermont Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread... first time ever making it. Perfect consistency when I kneaded it, so it ought to turn out okay. It's rising right now. It's ok... I just make them, I rarely eat sweets. I love oatmeal bread but never tried whole wheat oatmeal. Ours always called for molasses but we used sorghum instead. I'll check out your recipe! Eric's going to gain 10lbs from your visit

Lol, I'll have to bake a few things for while I'm in Boston. Those sound yummy. I like the chips and nuts in brownies. This bread called for maple syrup. So far it's rising really good, I do believe it's going to turn out. I still have more stuff to bake but need a few things from the store. L

Thanks River Hope you'be in CO when I'm back on the 10th or tho not happening mk2. the bread just came out of the oven and omg!!! p is NEVER leaving new hampshire!!!!!!!! no mxb your eyes are working properly
