They were nice My older son went at the same time. I started out on my bottom and rolled around successfully, and got up on my hands and knees successfully.... But then my son started laughing at me and I started laughing and over I went.

Yes, I agree... and my back this morning concurs It was cool to try, with practice I might be able to do it better and without getting a face full of water the whole time. But I think I'll stick to river tubing

Today I have a quiet day, they are both working. I'll do more practice tests for my test tomorrow, and probably go for a walk. And I was invited to go to the in-laws to use their pool. They live on the next street over, so it's not too far of a walk.

first time my dad tried he broke his leg crossing his skis. i never made it up on plane.

Ouch, guess I was lucky I didn't break my neck. I got up, but forgot to lean back. I think the hardest thing is to remember to let go when you start to fall. It's instinctive to grab something or hold on tighter when you're falling and holding on can cause more damage. Yesterday I had to consciously tell myself to let go.
