Pengen's are a close cousin to the emperor penguin.

Whereas most penguins can't fly, pengens can only fly, and are unable to land. Otherwise they burst into flames which start in their genitals.

That's what caused the wildfires in California.
And it's all due to global warming and ozone layer holes which have decimated the pengens hunting grounds and has influenced air currents and therefore ability for fat pengens to acquire enough lift to stay aloft.

Pengens are noted for flying north for the winter, and their excrement looks exactly like snowflakes.
