Hi everyone,
Just trying to get some feedback if you had gone through liposuction. Was it safe/painful, time taken and your advice if someone wants to consider that medical option, perhaps, to remove excess fat from areas such as the thighs, hips, buttocks or most importantly abdomen?
Thank you & Cheers!

My ex doesn't pay enough for me to afford tyco must less lipo. Just kidding but I have to lose weight the old fashion way. I've heard that whatever area you have done will always be less likely to gain as much weight. That would be great. You might want to check into laser weight loss also. Less invasive.

Exactly what I told my cousin, who seems to have been convinced that is
the answer to all his woes. I like you think the old fashion way and rather safe than sorry - go for those long walks, a bit of gym, watch one's diet and discipline being the key. I hope that I am not wrong as I also told him liposuction is not a silver bullet as if you go through it but revert to your old ways - its back after some time!

I had it done. I had a big bubble butt and while it was good for sitting it was really hard to find pants that fit. I got tired of hearing " hey walrus a*s.. come over there.. got on my nerves a bit, you know.

So, I had the work done. And it hurt!!, actually it was a real pain in the a*s.

But now my pants fit fine so all is well.

I feel best when I eat mainly raw fruits and veggies with some protein everyday. Usually tuna. I was getting on the treadmill for an hour 5 days a week, until it got so hot. I'll go back to my routine when the weather cools this fall. I'm trying to enjoy the summer with trips to the park and swimming. Yardwork and gardening helps get me some exercise.

I agree with this...less intake and more movement will always burn fat, and create less...all it takes is will power....
