Yes chocolate cheese. Termed aged chocolate. Its fudge with nuts in it that has had cheese cultures added to it. Chocolate cheese smells like cheese but take a bite and oh my god this is the best f ing fudge I've ever had! Orgasmic. Ok. I've seen catfights over chocolate cheese. I learned to hide the stuff so women won't fight over it. Its waaaaaay good. Picture grandmas fudge without the sugary grit. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

If you think I'm funny you should see my buddy whose made the cheese for 15 years. Don't ever make him angry. All those cheese mold cultures come in little glass vials. Make him mad and he will pour a vial of cheese mold culture in your car. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm imagine the smell your car gives off after a few days. Omg. Dead bodies and rotten cheese.

Noone will EVER ride with you in your car again. Cops will pull you over thinkin you gotta body in the trunk. You will have to scrap the car. The smell will go into the metal. They are in full chemical mop suits and respirators when they add the mold vials to the vats of dairy milks and creams. Its very neat science. Worlds best and worst job. They can have beer on breaks but lump 40000 pounds of cheese into cakes at a crack.
