I got one of those new fancy ones... had you in mind It's a Bunn... makes coffee in 3 minutes and this particular one has an automatic shut off, so if you forget to turn it off, no worries. There's frozen pancakes in the freezer (homemade of course),,, so no messy ceilings.

Well, we can leave the cooking kind of help for larsi and Stu. You can just do the maintenance/fixing things.... and the occasional massage of course
