in the 3 or 4 decent cities that are modern,SH BJ SZ and probably Wuhan, the best thing to do is use Chinalovecupid which is a dating site. you will have easy sucess with women in their 30s on that site however quite a few of the women on this site have been on it a long time but the good thing about this dating site in China is women actually pay to become members meaning you can contact them for free if you are just a cheapskate or a chancer.
