But I think for everyone if they were really to let go of the bonds that hold them.....and really look at them. Everyone has bondage in their life. Whether it be a bad childhood experience or even what I think as a generational bond. For me that was alcoholism that has been in my family for so many generations I can't even count back that far. The strongholds must first be acknowledged before they can be broken.

First you have to recognize the captor

Stand in agreement with God

Tear Down the lies

Put up the truth

Bow thought to the truth

And then and only then will the stronghold be broken and you set free.
