If it is not unique it will not get read.
Only your own words will work, otherwise tis a line.

Most wemens aren't going to respond to a "casual HII" or "Hai" or "hello dear you so pretty", especially if it comes from somebody who lives on the other side of the planet.

I recommend you read back into the history of these forums.
There are a lot of very helpful posts that can give you a guideline for first contact.

One common notation is that people don't read profiles.
A good start is to mention something in their profile that tells them you actually read it.
If they put that they like camping, start by telling them about your camping plans (if you go camping).
The important thing is to be honest and try to relate your own experiences to the things their profile says they're interested in.

Word your message as if you are talking WITH them, not talking at them.
