I Would Apologize

Can you see them, brother?
Angry expressions grace countless faces,
The Kraken, his moles pursue vacant soul;
O’er hills, ‘cross the Bering, ‘neath Sinai I hath run
Can not climb, can not swim, can not trek for brighter suns;
No strength remains for another battle, abandoned love;
I would apologize, mon frère,
Yet exhausted flames hold no shame for duty done

Do you love me, mother?
Please forgive eternal sleep as thee viciously weep
Under lingering wispy dread enjoyed not by the dead;
Six down under, wooden overcoat the last one wears
Hold the tears, hold the sobs if thee truly care;
Prepare a feast as I sprinkle ‘long the windy east;
I would apologize, ma mère,
Yet spent waves doth not cave to whims of the weak.

Should this day not find another,
Should the sun deliver me not to his brother
Know I fought hard, I truly fought hard,
Yet, as Indian coasts in 2004,
I have been smothered.

This was supposed to be my note.
