blushing

ok, it was a typical day at work... everyone wants to be serious, but this is HARDLY the place to be serious.

Ok heres the picture... McDonalds
9 girls... all between the age of 10-13

Enter One Old(er) flirtatious Part time DJ.... Looks at the suddenly Quiet table.....

"ok, you girls are quiet... TOO quiet"
*girls=snicker

"what are yall planning?"
*girls=giggle

"yall arent planning to take over the place are You???"
*girls=BURST INTO LAUGHTER

as the day progresses, i keep asking sillier and sillier questions....

"sooo how many Boyfriends do YOU have?"
"Do you think i should dye my hair Pink?"
"So, how many of you have tattoes?"
ect ect ect

we are having a BALL!!! just flirting

Is this really soooo wrong? I had fun flirting with girls, and they had fun being flirted with...

What ever happened to Harmless Flirting? seems if i flirt with ANYONE over 18, they Freak out... but flirt with gradeschoolers and they giggle sooo loud the whole place starts laughing with us.
And yes, the parents were witnessing it all, and they were apologizing to me for the girls, which i reply

"why be sorry? i havent had this much fun in years!!!"

by the way... the entire time i had visions of Dr Frank n furter in Rocky Horror just trying to be as OVER the top as possible

ANYONE that passed by could see that there was No wrong doing at all and that this was nothing more than someone trying to see JUST how much giggling one person could cause...
even all the parents were joing in on the fun

My daughter's 14 and if someone that wasn't her age was trying to flirt with her, I'd have a fit. As a single parent, I'm the mother bear type, literally.

It sounds to me like innocent fun. He said parents were present and didn't have a problem with it.

it was all in Harmless fun.... The parents were all laughing at some of the silly questions and i later found out one of them actually was in my sons class, so i got some info on the girl he likes.

But lets all think back to our youth... when you were a 5th grader, didnt you think ALL Adults were soooo old and out of touch that theres NO way they knew about the bands you liked or that coodies still existed?

so by this am i to assume that any silliness or talking the opposite sex is SOLELY for the pursuit of only one thing? or is it possible just to have innocent fun?
