Ah, someone taught me long ago that you could reheat steak wrapped in lettuce and it won't cook it more. I've only tried it once and it worked.

My snowshoeing up the mountain has been postponed. I can practice on the little field, but the snow is heavy and it just started blowing like crazy. My trail would get covered and I'd have a tough time finding my way back. |
