Let's wait until it gets closer to Spring so you will know more about where you will be. I love driving on Road Trips and even if you went back to Florida I will drive there. That's half the fun of road trips, getting away from home.

Road trips are the best way to go. I don't think I'll ever be on a plane again.

I agree Kat, it's nice to be able to stop where ever you want. I do love flying too though. Especially when you don't have a lot of time, saves time on the road if you want to visit somewhere that's three or four days away.

That's right River. During a road trip one can stop when and where they want. Can't do that when flying. I will never fly again but that is because of a bad experience when flying when I was in the military. I want my feet on the ground if an emergency arises.

Road trips are good because you can go off at a moments notice and explore a town, drive around. I like finding little book stores in small towns.

Just travelled recently to Jukkasjärvi in Sweden
 it was definitely a wonderful experience al in all stayed at the Ice Hotel and was magical....and now off to Normandy  And yes to each their own but there’s such freedom and liberation in traveling solo
