Thank you to you all. My sis will take all the caring and loving thoughts she can get. She is a good woman. She tries so hard to do right.

The shame behind all this is; she had to wait til she could luck into a job that had benefits, so she could have a check up.
The gratitude to this is; she got it. Now she has the chance to get fixed.

Kat - if they are talking about an ablation of her uterus, it is killing the lining of her uterus, so she wouldn't have any periods anymore. After this procedure, she wouldn't have a uterine lining so could not get pregnant, but would need to follow-up with her doctor, as I know a woman who had her lining grow back, so she would need to do checkups. But lots of women are having this procedure because of heavy bleeding and it stops the periods for them and takes care of that issue and they love it because no more periods.

My friend just went through what your sister is, they found a spot on her mammogram, but they decided it was benign. But they do want to make absolutely certain. I hope her tests will turn out benign too.

Catch, I know what you mean, but better safe than sorry later.

I also was talking to a friend of mine: she said almost the same thing. That a relative of hers had also grown hers back.

My sis just left here. She is plenty scared. We lost an aunt to breast cancer at a young age. I was trying to be helpful.
She knows I love her.
I also showed her the responses wishing her well and luck. She seemed pleased. And said to say "thanks".

Passion; So much appreciated. It does my heart good to see and read the kindness form those here in my home away from home.
