why don't you head down to the cafeteria kitchen and express that urge. something tells me they would be delighted to make use of it

At the cafeteria, I seriously doubt it. They've had over 500 guests, plus the staff over the last week.
Possibly in the ski cafe kitchen. Chances are they won't allow it right now because of how busy we are. But I will ask for when we aren't so busy. |

That would mean the chef would have to be there as well. Health code wouldn't allow an uncertified person to cook or bake without supervision and all that other red tape stuff.
And there's getting the recipe approved. |
