yes i don't drink nearly as much coffee as i use to and i am usually done with it by lunch time. so i don't have much trouble with interrupted sleep

My internet is poor also .. I am down in the beach and the reception is lost at times . Have loadeda picture of my beach on my profile .. I have it all to myself :-) such a lucky girl !!! No waves today and no dolphins .. but I usually see them in the evening close to shore .. playing in the waves . Did you check your mail? |
